What is Social Protect and how does it work?
Social Protect is passionate about helping our members protect themselves in a digital age where criminals no longer fit into the past stereotypes of boogeymen, we are living in an age when you are just as likely to become a victim of theft from someone located across the other side of the world, as someone based in your own town or city.
Can I cancel my membership, and what is your refund policy?
Yes, you can cancel your membership free of charge within 14 days of it being created. We just require you to email us at customerservice@socialprotect.uk or fill out our contact us form to enable the team to process your request. We will endeavour to respond within 48 hours. Once we are in receipt of your cancellation form there will be no further activity on your account.
How do I change my password?
Simply log in to your members area and enter the new password under Account Settings.
How do I recover my password?
You can request a new password by following the “Forgotten Password?” link on the Member Login area. An email will then be sent to the email address connected to your account, with further instructions.

Social Protect direct debit
If you see Social Protect on your bank statement it is due to you having and Social Protect membership. Social Protect
direct debit is how we collect your membership fees. The Social Protect payment will appear on your bank statement as
